Director Of Nursing - DSL Rushville

RNRC is seeking an Illinois licensed RN to assume duties as Director of Nursing for our 99 bed Skilled nursing facility. The candidate should have LTC experience, former management experience desired, but not required. Our philosophy is TEAMWORK. The candidate should possess a desire to work closely with our well established team to provide excellent care to the residents of our community.

Responsibilities include: Directing the provision of nursing services for the facility; over see scheduling and staffing to meet resident needs; excellent nursing assessment skills; organizational capabilities is a must. We are a progressive facility using Matrix electronic documentation systems, computer usage required.

Pay will be based off experienced and discussed in the interview.
